Air Canada Vacations (ACV) is launching a new program aimed at rewarding partners for selling group travel.
Effective Oct. 20, 2025 and running until Aug. 31, 2026, all group bookings made with Air Canada Vacations that travel between Dec. 15, 2025 and Oct. 31, 2026 will automatically start qualifying for the Groups Excellence Loyalty Program.
“This program was designed to recognize and celebrate the incredible work our travel advisors do in growing our Groups business,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales. “We want to ensure that the more you grow with us, the more you earn and the more you enjoy the rewards that come with being one of our most valued partners.”
The program will operate on a tiered model (silver, gold and excellence) based on the number of group passengers booked during the qualifying period. Some of the perks available include:
- Aeroplan® Points
- Travel Vouchers
- Free Seat Selection
- Complimentary CareFlex or CareFree products
To help partners secure more group bookings, Air Canada Vacations has announced it will introduce a series of exclusive offers designed to make closing the sale “easier than ever.” For instance, travel advisors can now take advantage of group rates starting with only 10 full-paying passengers, including children.
Wedding Groups
Advisors can access even greater benefits when booking a group for a wedding to Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America for departures between April 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027.
Until Jan. 30, 2026, wedding couples will receive an additional $500 instant credit, applicable toward the final group invoice or as a future travel credit. Advisors can also hold up to 50 seats and 25 rooms without an additional deposit.
