Australia and New Zealand are in-demand long-haul destinations right now. To make it easier for travel advisors to sell these popular countries, TTC Tour Brands are expanding their guided tour offerings.
The surge in bookings is dramatic. Australia and New Zealand have seen a 96 percent increase in bookings, driven largely by North Americans. Canadians particularly can’t get enough — with bookings up by 100 percent year-over-year.
Favourable exchange rates and trips priced from CAD$547 per day position the destination as a strong value proposition for clients, with demand expected to continue building into the region’s peak travel season from November through March.
Both Trafalgar and Costsaver are introducing new tours, and TTC is launching a dedicated selling guide, to give advisors a comprehensive product overview and resources to support conversations with clients.
New itineraries:
- Trafalgar highlights include the 17-day Untamed New Zealand, covering both islands and iconic experiences such as Stewart Island Milford Sound, and the 15-day Outback Adventure, an overland journey through one of Australia’s most remote and sought-after regions.
- Costsaver complements the offering with budget-friendly options such as Bucket List Australia and Bucket List New Zealand, providing advisors accessible entry points into the destination while maintaining structured itineraries and key highlights.
With short booking windows and a surge in demand, the expanded portfolio gives advisors more options to match different traveller needs, with structured itineraries designed to simplify planning in a traditionally complex, long-haul destination.
“We’ve seen Australia and New Zealand generating real momentum with advisors right now and we want to make it even easier to capitalize on that demand,” said Whitney Ramirez, SVP of Sales at TTC Tour Brands. “With more options from Trafalgar and Costsaver and a dedicated selling guide, advisors have everything they need to confidently recommend the right trip for each traveller.”
