Agents can now capitalize on seamless ways in which to book Trafalgar trips, thanks to the debut of the enhanced Travel Advisor Portal (TAP), which includes the company’s expanded 2027 program roster.
“The updated portal is now fully searchable and bookable, with Trafalgar’s saver, classic and premium offerings available alongside enhanced search functionality and redesigned trip pages,” Trafalgar said.
Highlights include:
· Clearer Search Results: Redesigned result cards quickly display trip categories, pricing, group size, inclusions, promotions and more.
· Centralized Trip Pages: Revamped trip pages integrate itineraries, maps, highlights, and FAQs, and customer reviews into one allotted space.
“Since the announcement of the New Era of Trafalgar, advisors have spent the last month getting to know the expanded Trafalgar portfolio and how it will simplify the selling process moving forward. TAP is where that knowledge can become action,” said Melissa DaSilva, deputy CEO and chief sales officer for TTC Tour Brands, Trafalgar’s parent company.
“Trafalgar remains the selling brand for its expanded range, while a trip may list Insight Vacations or Costsaver as the operating team,” the tour operator said. “Existing 2027 branded journeys from Insight Vacations and Costsaver will remain available to book during the transition.”
“For departures through March 31, 2027, advisors should book Insight Vacations or Costsaver, as Trafalgar's new saver and premium trips begin operating April 1, 2027,” the company added.
