Susan Lawson has been elevated to Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Partnerships at Trevello in a move that unites the sales, marketing and supplier partnerships behind Trevello's national advisor network into one role.
"This is really about our advisors and our partners feeling that, no matter who they're talking to at Trevello, we're all moving in the same direction for them," said Zeina Gedeon, CEO of Trevello Travel Group. "Susan has spent years earning the trust of both sides of that relationship. She listens, she follows through, and people know she has their best interests at heart. That's exactly the kind of leadership this moment calls for."
Lawson previously worked as Director of Engagement for Trevello. Her newly expanded role will have her lead sales, marketing, supplier partnerships, events, training and mentorship. Trevello believes bringing these teams together under one leader means advisors and partners will no longer have to navigate separate relationships for separate needs; instead, they get one unified point of connection built around what actually helps their businesses grow.
"Our advisors pour so much of themselves into their businesses, and our partners invest so much trust in us, I don't take either of those things lightly," said Lawson. "What excites me about this role is being able to bring sales, marketing and partnerships together in a way that actually makes life easier and more rewarding for the people we serve. When an advisor succeeds, it's because a partner believed in them and Trevello showed up for both of them. That's the feeling I want people to have every time they work with us."
Lawson brings senior sales and leadership experience from Club Med, Air Canada Vacations and Allianz Global Assistance, along with entrepreneurial and consulting work across the Canadian travel trade. Her background spans strategic account management, business development, marketing, team development and supplier partnerships, but colleagues describe her as someone who leads first with relationships and genuine care for the people she works with.
