Sandiria Hall Joins The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism

There’s a new Director of International Relations at The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation. Sandiria Hall joins the ministry from the U.S. Department of State based in Nassau, where she worked as an economic and commercial specialist. 

According to the Caribbean Tourism Authority, Hall’s role will include “building relationships with regional and international tourism partners while supporting the Ministry’s broader strategic priorities under the leadership of Director General Latia Duncombe.”

“Tourism is the engine of the Bahamian economy, and this role sits at the intersection of many of the issues I’ve spent my career working on — economic development, policy engagement, international partnerships, government engagement, and regional cooperation,” says Hall. “Having previously worked across those areas, I’m excited to bring a unique perspective into this role and contribute in a meaningful way to the work ahead.”
