The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors (ACTA) has promoted Lesley Berry, CTC, to Membership Manager.
Berry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Parks Management / Tourism Development (Honours) from the University of Waterloo and is a Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC). She has worked in the travel and tourism industry since 2007, with experience as a travel advisor, flight attendant, hospitality and tourism instructor and Disney specialist.

“We are confident she will continue to strengthen ACTA's support for travel agencies and travel advisors across Canada and further enhance the value we deliver to our membership.”
Berry is nearing her three-year anniversary with ACTA, having joined the organization as Membership Coordinator.
She most recently served as Interim Manager, Meetings and Events, stepping into the role during a maternity leave and overseeing ACTA’s international, national and regional events.
In her new role, Berry will focus on supporting ACTA’s agency and advisor members across the country.
“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to step into the role of Membership Manager and to work alongside such a dedicated, hard-working team,” said Berry.
