Beaches Resorts is accepting reservations for stays beginning March 1, 2026, for the new Treasure Beach Village expansion at Beaches Turks & Caicos.

Treasure Beach Village is a $150 million expansion and the sixth village addition to the family-friendly all-inclusive. The 100-acre beachfront village offers a selection of 101 multi-bedroom concierge and butler suites ranging from two to four bedrooms.

Different accommodation styles include the three-story Treasure Beach Crystal Sky Reserve Villas and three- and four-bedroom beachside villas offering space for up to ten people. The villas come with their own private pools, laundry facilities and rooftop decks.

Two and three-bedroom suite options are also available, with bunk beds with trundle beds, spacious kitchen areas and living rooms with ocean views.

Guests of the village can enjoy a new 15,000-square-foot infinity-edge pool overlooking the sea, seven new dining concepts including a food hall-style concept and a 32-seat cinema.

“Family time together is life’s greatest treasure, and that philosophy is at the heart of what we’ve set out to create here at Beaches Resorts,” said Executive Chairman Adam Stewart. “The Caribbean is a wonderland and mark my words, this is the place where kids will voluntarily surrender their electronic devices.”

The Treasure Beach Village features a neutral, beachy design with natural lighting, a coastal color palette and artwork inspired by local plants and wildlife.
