TravelPulse joined 50 media representatives and industry professionals from around the world (Canada, United States, Mexico, Europe) were invited to Club Med La Caravelle from November 13 to 16 as part of a MEGA FAM that was also a celebration of official reopening for the mythical Village of Guadeloupe, originally opened in 1973.
All the guests (who represented half of the Village) arrived at the Village, recently reopened after major renovation and improvement works (47 million euros according to the official figures) on November 13th. After a welcome cocktail and a familiarization tour to present the "new" Club Med La Caravelle, a traditional ribbon cutting ceremony was held in the Village Amphitheater on November 15th. Elected representatives, local actors and institutions, partners, investors and journalists were able to celebrate and discover the new experiences offered to clients, such as the new children's frames and the new "Oasis Zen" area exclusively for adults.
