Registration is now open for the 2026 Sandals Masterclass spring-summer training series for Canadian travel advisors.
Created by Unique Vacations Canada for the Canadian market, the online training sessions focus on sales strategies for Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, with an emphasis on selling beyond price and highlighting the value of all-inclusive vacations.
The two-hour live online sessions will run between May and August 2026 and will not be recorded. Advisors can register for whichever session best fits their schedule, regardless of region.
Canadian advisors will join Lorna Richards, National Training Manager at Unique Vacations Canada, alongside Sandals business development managers from across the country.
“The value proposition has never been more important than it is right now in a client’s decision-making process for their next vacation,” said Maureen Barnes-Smith. “It is a known fact that not all all-inclusives were created equal so when travel advisors take a closer look at the real, tangible value that a Sandals or Beaches vacation experience provides – from dining to water sports and everything in-between – it will help change the way they sell the product.”
This year, advisors must already hold Sandals Elite Advisor certification before registering for a Masterclass session. Advisors who are not yet certified can complete the online training modules through the Sandals Travel Advisor Portal.
Participation in the Masterclass series also allows advisors to earn four ACTA credits toward Certified Travel Counsellor or Certified Travel Manager accreditation, while also fulfilling the educational requirement needed to maintain Sandals Elite Advisor status.
