Canadian travel advisors now have a new incentive to book group getaways to the Caribbean, thanks to a record-low deposit requirement from Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts, and Air Canada Vacations.
Effective immediately and available until further notice, a CAD$550 non-refundable deposit will secure new social or wedding group bookings to any Sandals or Beaches property.
The offer applies to contracted groups of five to 20 rooms, with a minimum stay of five nights. The travel window runs through December 20, 2027.
“With the increase in group travel in recent years – especially social groups – this is an amazing chance for Canadian travel advisors to take advantage of this low deposit, which has never been an option before,” said Maureen Barnes-Smith, Vice President Sales & Marketing Canada for Unique Vacations Canada Inc., the worldwide representative of Sandals and Beaches Resorts.

The offer excludes meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) groups and does not apply to all room categories. Other terms and conditions also apply.
The low deposit can be combined with additional group incentives already offered by the brands, including a free sixth room for every five booked (for travel January through August) and a free tenth room for every nine booked (for travel September through December).
Groups also benefit from added perks such as a complimentary group photo session, one 5x7 group photo per room (with five rooms or more), and a one-hour private cocktail reception for groups with 10 or more rooms.
