City Express by Marriott has made its Canadian debut with the first of the value-driven brand opening in Port Hope, Ontario.
The location, along the 401, takes advantage of the traffic along the corridor that links Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa, Prince Edward County, the Kawarthas, and the Niagara Region.
"Bringing City Express by Marriott to Canada is an exciting step forward as we continue to expand the brand's footprint and welcome even more travelers into the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio," said Paul Cahill, Chief Operations Officer, Canada, Marriott International.
The 91-room hotel has been refreshed from its previous incarnation, and sticks to the City Express by Marriott’s commitment to simplicity, consistency, and value,
