World-renowned ethologist and environmentalist Dr. Jane Goodall will return to Canada this fall for two in-person appearances—her final in the country for 2025.
The events, held in Toronto and Ottawa, are being brought to life in partnership with Canadian-founded adventure travel company G Adventures.
Titled "An Evening with Jane Goodall", the talks will take place at Meridian Hall in Toronto on Wednesday, September 3rd, and at Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe in Ottawa on Saturday, September 6th.

The events offer Canadians the chance to hear directly from Dr. Goodall as she shares personal stories, insights from nine decades of groundbreaking work, and her ever-hopeful message for the future of our planet.
“With her trademark humour, optimism, and warmth,” the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada says, “Dr. Goodall will explore the profound connections between animals, people, and the environment.”
The organization notes she will also highlight the urgent work required to build a better world for all living things.
A portion of ticket proceeds will go directly to support the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada’s conservation and community-based initiatives.
These include work with Indigenous Peoples and youth-led climate action through the Roots & Shoots program, which currently engages more than 12,000 young people across Canada.
The events are being presented in collaboration with G Adventures, a long-time partner of the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada.
Founded in Canada, G Adventures has been working with Dr. Goodall since launching the Jane Goodall Collection of tours—wildlife-focused trips that align with her values and are backed by the company’s Animal Welfare Policy.
“These remarkable tours, spanning various destinations worldwide, are focused on wildlife experiences and have received the endorsement of the renowned ethologist, Dr. Jane Goodall,” the company states.
