The St. Kitts Tourism Authority is encouraging visitors to step away from digital distractions and embrace a slower pace of travel with “Do Not Disturb."
“In a world of endless to-do lists, St. Kitts Tourism Authority is inviting visitors to log off, slow down, reconnect with nature and unplug from digital distractions,” the authority said in a statement.
The island is highlighting a range of activities designed to support rest, reflection, and wellness.
Experiences include starlit sleep therapy, sunset catamaran sails, and guided rituals meant to encourage mindfulness.

The authority describes St. Kitts as “the ultimate ‘Do Not Disturb’ destination,” where travellers can access “an abundance of space, serenity and soul-soothing experiences.”
