Restaurant Festival Offers Taste of Bahamas

From Aug. 2-16, 2025, Grand Bahama is hosting its annual restaurant festival. This is the fourth year of the popular festival, which coincides with the start of lobster season in the region, as well as the High Rock Sea Festival, taking place on the Emancipation Day Holiday (Monday, Aug.4). It kicks off with  "A Taste of Grand Bahama" at the Port Lucaya Marketplace on August 2, featuring live entertainment, local vendors, and family-friendly activities.

Participating restaurants offer a three-course prix fixe menu, giving visitors the chance to sample a taste of Grand Bahama Island.

There are direct flights to Grand Bahama Island from Toronto and Montreal.
