Pearl Seas Cruises has launched its 2025 season, marking 10 years of small-ship cruising in the Great Lakes.
The company’s recently renovated ship, the Pearl Mist, will offer four itineraries this summer, with departures available from Milwaukee, Duluth, Toronto and Quebec.
The 210-guest ship will take travelers to 16 ports of call, with one itinerary—the new 14-night Great Lakes Explorer—visiting all five Great Lakes in a single trip.
Pearl Seas Cruises kicked off the summer on May 23 with its 11-night Great Lakes & Georgian Bay cruise departing from Toronto and ending in Milwaukee. Leaders also held a special ceremony to honor the 25 Pearl Mist crew members who have been with the line since it first began sailing in the Great Lakes in 2014.
Other itineraries include 7-night Great Lakes cruises between Milwaukee and Toronto; 14-night Great Lakes Explorer cruises between Duluth and Toronto; and a 15-night St. Lawrence Seaway & Great Lakes cruise between Milwaukee and Québec.
The season runs through September, with travelers visiting bucket-list destinations like Mackinac Island, Niagara Falls, Thunder Bay and Parry Sound. Shore excursions range from horse-drawn carriages and sea plane rides to kayaking and museum visits.
