Paul Gauguin Cruises Launches ‘Take Your Sweetie to Tahiti’ with $1,000 Shipboard Credit

Paul Gauguin Cruises has launched its “Take Your Sweetie to Tahiti” Wave Season promotion, offering a $1,000 shipboard credit per stateroom or suite on all 2026 sailings aboard the m/s Paul Gauguin. The offer also includes a bottle of Champagne and a chocolate treat.

The promotion applies to new bookings made between now and February 28, 2026, and is available on all 2026 itineraries. 

The Paul Gauguin sails year-round in French Polynesia and the South Pacific, operating itineraries ranging from seven to 14 nights. Voyages visit the Society Islands, Tuamotus, Marquesas, Cook Islands, and surrounding regions. Designed specifically for the destination, the ship’s shallow draft allows it to access smaller islands and lagoons that are not accessible to larger vessels.

Shipboard credit can be used toward shore excursions, spa treatments, select wine purchases, onboard shopping, and other services. Travel advisors will receive up to a $500 gift card for each newly deposited booking made under the promotion.

The 2026 lineup includes multiple Society Islands itineraries with overnight stays in Bora Bora, Moorea, and Tahiti, as well as longer sailings combining the Society Islands with the Tuamotus, Cook Islands, or Marquesas. The longest voyage is a 14-night itinerary that includes several ports in the Marquesas Islands.

Onboard, the Paul Gauguin offers an all-inclusive experience with a high crew-to-guest ratio, an onboard marina for water activities, and cultural programming led by Les Gauguines, a troupe of Tahitian hosts who live and work aboard the ship. Many staterooms and suites include private balconies.

Paul Gauguin Cruises also offers complimentary and optional ceremonial packages for guests marking anniversaries or other milestones.
