Bookings are now open for MSC Cruises’ summer 2027 Alaska voyages.
The season kicks off April 26, 2027, with MSC Poesia offering seven-night itineraries departing from Seattle each Monday through September 2027.
MSC Poesia is slated to undergo a major renovation, with crews adding a MSC Yacht Club, two specialty restaurants and a sports bar. The ship will also have a newly refreshed MSC Aurea Spa and an enhanced MSC Gym Powered by Technogym. Guests will be able to start enjoying the enhancements in May 2026, when MSC Cruises’ launches its inaugural season in Alaska.
On MSC Poesia’s Alaska itineraries, travelers will have an opportunity to explore iconic destinations like Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, Tracy Arm, Juneau and Victoria, B.C.
Prior to the summer 2027 Alaska season, MSC Poesia will reposition from Miami to Seattle with an 18-night cruise departing April 8, 2027. The sailing will take guests through the Panama Canal.
“People from all over the world want to see Alaska and an MSC Cruise is the best way to do it,” says Lynn Torrent, president of MSC Cruises North America. “Demand for Alaska cruises is strong and adding another season in the region is a direct response to the feedback we’re getting from guests and our travel advisors.”
