MSC Cruises has announced the year-round deployment of MSC Opera in the Southern Caribbean beginning in Winter 2026/27.
The ship will offer new seven- and 14-night itineraries with embarkation available from La Romana (Dominican Republic), Fort-de-France (Martinique), and Bridgetown (Barbados).
The move introduces MSC’s first-ever summer program in the Southern Caribbean and expands its winter capacity in the region to two ships.
Cruises are available to book now, and MSC is including the itineraries in its Fly & Cruise program.
The bundled offering includes non-stop flights from major Canadian cities with connector fares across the country, allowing travellers to book their entire vacation—including airfare—in one go.
MSC Opera will begin sailings on November 16, 2026, from La Romana. Starting April 2027, Fort-de-France will be added as a second embarkation point. Guests can choose between one-week voyages or two-week “butterfly” itineraries that revisit different ports on the return leg.
