Guests on Carnival Cruise Line ships now have access to personalized rewards, offers, bonuses and cashless wagering in the onboard casinos.
The cruise line has teamed up with Konami Gaming, Inc., which has outfitted all 29 ships with its SYNKROS casino management system. Internally, it’s known as “SURF,” short for “Serving Up Rewards and Fun.” The system is also available across Holland America Line’s fleet.
Travelers can enjoy conveniences and experiences across thousands of gaming machines. Rewards, offers and bonuses are tailored to the player, reflecting gaming preferences and featuring cruise-specific elements such as seamless cashless folio integration.
Carnival Corporation also delivers rewarding bonus opportunities, including the chance to take top honors in virtual prize drawings.
According to Konami Gaming, Inc., Carnival Corporation plans to continue adding the system to the rest of the brands in its portfolio.
