Canadian travellers have just gained access to an array of travel experiences thanks to the new partnership between WestJet Vacations and the GoNexus Group.
The “white-label platform” means that travellers can now book curated experiences globally through the WestJet app or on westjetvacations.com, which expands NexusTours’ reach beyond traditional destinations and boosts WestJet Vacations’ overall value.
“This launch is a major leap forward in our global strategy,” said Rubén Gutiérrez, President of GoNexus Group. “By integrating our advanced NexusCube platform into WestJet’s ecosystem, we’re not only expanding our reach to over 25 million passengers annually, but also redefining how travelers discover and book experiences worldwide—from iconic leisure hubs like Cancún to emerging metropolises like Barcelona and Tokyo. It’s a clear step toward our vision of delivering frictionless, tech-enabled journeys at scale.”
As WestJet’s exclusive partner, NexusTours gains full digital exposure, in-flight promotion, and a chatbot integration that aims to “optimize customer experience.” The chatbot operates in real-time to provide immediate assistance, optimize conversions, and deliver a smooth and responsive service experience.
The integration of the two suppliers will make it possible for travellers to book the vacation activities and conveniences they want, from a portfolio of 220,000 experiences, 8,000 mobility options across more than 1,000 airports, and access to more than 3,000 theme parks—all powered by NexusCube, GoNexus Group’s B2B travel platform.
This initiative will be amplified through in-flight and on-ground promotions, including dedicated announcements and digital displays across a fleet of 152 aircraft.
