WestJet and Telus Loyalty Rewards Team Up

WestJet and Telus have partnered to give their customers more choices when it comes to collecting and redeeming loyalty points.

Under the new agreement, customers can transfer points between the two loyalty programs, meaning they can transfer their Telus Rewards to WestJet Rewards and vice versa. Telus customers can also opt to earn WestJet Rewards as their “reward currency” on their spend.

Additionally, those who link their accounts will receive a free standard seat selection voucher to use on an upcoming WestJet flight and a free 3-day roaming pass for Telus mobility customers. 

The linked loyalty platforms means members who link their accounts can:

• earn WestJet points on their Telus bills;

• redeem WestJet points towards their Telus services and the Telsu Rewards catalogue; and

• convert their Telus Rewards points into WestJet points, unlocking flights, vacation packages and more through the new WestJet Rewards eStore.

As an added bonus, members who link their accounts before November 30, 2025 will receive a free entry into a contest to win an all-inclusive WestJet vacation for two to Mexico. Just log in to Telus and acknowledge the accounts have been linked.

WestJet Rewards and TELUS Rewards members can link their accounts today at either westjet.com/telusrewards or telus.com/my-rewards.
