WestJet Adds Year-Round Service Calgary to Tokyo

WestJet is launching their first ever flight to an Asian destination with a new Calgary (YYC) to Tokyo (NRT) route launching October 27, 2024.

The schedule will include three weekly direct flights and thanks to a codeshare agreement with Japan Airlines, WestJet travellers will also gain exclusive access to seven additional destinations beyond Tokyo.

This expanded connectivity marks a major milestone for the Japan National Tourism Office (JNTO) as they commit to enhancing Canadian accessibility to Japan.
