Virgin Atlantic has named Dave Hodges as its new vice president, Americas, starting October 1, 2025.
According to a press release, Hodges brings 12 years of experience with the airline, having worked in government affairs, cabin crew operations, and as country manager for India, Virgin Atlantic’s third largest market after the UK and the U.S.

He currently leads the airline’s operations at Heathrow Airport.

In his new role based in Atlanta, Hodges will oversee Virgin Atlantic’s teams across Canada, the U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean.
His responsibilities will cover Commercial, Cargo, Airport Operations, Finance, People, and more, spanning 18 destinations. He will collaborate closely with Virgin Atlantic’s UK leadership to develop and execute the Americas strategy.
