Porter Airlines has introduced two new BMO VIPorter Mastercard credit cards.
The airline says the launch marks Canada's first travel credit card program to provide immediate frequent flyer benefits for cardholders.
The program has already attracted over 30,000 pre-launch sign-ups since its announcement in January 2025.
The new cards allow customers to earn VIPorter points on everyday purchases and redeem them for flights while granting automatic VIPorter Avid Traveller benefits.
These benefits extend to both primary and secondary cardholders, offering perks such as priority airport services and accelerated points accumulation.
To encourage early adoption, BMO is waiving the first-year annual fee for all new cardholders.
The VIPorter Mastercard includes a welcome offer of 40,000 points and a 35% flight discount voucher, while the World Elite Mastercard offers 70,000 points, a companion pass, and $1,000 in qualifying spend credits.
