Quebec travellers will have a new sun destination this winter as Sunwing Vacations Inc. and WestJet Vacations Québec introduce direct flights from Montreal (YUL) to Managua, Nicaragua (MGA).
The weekly nonstop flights, operated by WestJet, will run every Thursday from December 18, 2025, through April 9, 2026.

"This new route offers Québec travellers a unique blend of adventure, relaxation and cultural discovery, paired with reliable service on board WestJet and high-quality standards at Barceló Montelimar, now available to book through our all inclusive vacation brands."
Barceló Montelimar includes 293 accommodations, including standard rooms and private bungalows—some with up to three bedrooms. All rooms include mini-bars, safes, Wi-Fi, and bathroom amenities.
Guests have access to a beachfront buffet and three à la carte restaurants offering Italian, Asian, and seafood cuisine. The property also includes five bars, three pools (one with a children’s area), a jacuzzi, kids’ club, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, a massage centre, and boutique shops. A shuttle service is available throughout the resort.
