Lufthansa Group has overhauled its advisor portal, making improvements designed to make things easier and more straightforward for your day-to-day work.
The eXperts portal will now be found under the Lufthansa Group for Business umbrella, the B2B portal for corporate customers and sales partners. You can register free of charge for exclusive member access, including PEP fares and competitions. It also provides concise information on reservations and ticketing, as well as helpful features, such as self-service forms and webinars.
In the public area of the site, visitors will find all relevant product information from Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Lufthansa, SWISS, Air Dolomiti, Discover Airlines and Edelweiss, as well as an overview of all news.
According to the announcement from the airline, the optimized website features a modern design and a more user-friendly content structure. “With a practical search function, the desired topics can now be found particularly easily. Above all, support for service and customer advice has been noticeably improved.”
The new eXperts website aims to enable travel advisors to access the most important information for sales discussions quickly, equipping them to find everything they need to give the best advice to sell successfully.
