Digital onboard solutions company Immfly is pleased to announce a new partnership with Flair Airlines as a step towards making a bigger impact in the North American market.

Immfly will provide three key things for Flair on its fleet of 20 Boeing 737s: an intuitive crew app, powerful back office support and, starting in March, 2025, retail technology for passengers. Its the latest technology partnership for Flair, who recently launched Buy Now, Pay Later options with FlexPay

The in-seat solutions will mean that Flair customers will be able to order and pay for food, drinks and other amenities via their own devices through the Immfly wireless portal.

“Our collaboration with Flair Airlines focuses on delivering exceptional passenger and crew experiences while serving as a strategic partner to enhance operations and drive new revenue opportunities,” said Pablo Linz, CEO and Founder of Immfly. “This partnership represents a key step in our North American growth, aligning with our vision to revolutionize the in-flight experience globally.”

The announcement states that Immfly has seen success with similar airlines, driving up order frequency and average per transaction values as well as customer satisfaction. It goes on to explain that Immfly’s advanced payment reprocessing technology will enable Flair Airlines to recover over 80% of previously declined payments, unlocking new revenue opportunities.

“At Flair Airlines, we are relentless in our pursuit of delivering exceptional travel experiences, always putting our passengers at the heart of everything we do,” said Juliana Ramirez, Flair’s Vice President of Ancillary Revenue & Digital Experience. “Our partnership with Immfly is a testament to this commitment, as their cutting-edge retail technology enables us to enhance and evolve our inflight services. Together, we are ensuring our passengers enjoy an efficient, affordable, and eco-friendly onboard experience that sets a new standard for travel.”

Immfly has operated for more than 20 years. It serves 50 airlines across Europe, Latin America, North America, and Asia Pacific, with technology installed on over 2,500 aircraft and reaching more than 400 million passengers annually. Immfly bills itself as offering flexible, modular solutions tailored to the needs of full-service, low-cost, and regional carriers.
