Flair Airlines has appointed Nicole Bursey as President of Flair Vacations.
The appointment brings one of the Canadian travel industry’s more recognizable executives into Flair’s leadership ranks. Bursey has more than 30 years of experience spanning vacation retail, commercial strategy, sales, distribution and partner development, including senior leadership roles with Project Expedition and Transat Tours Canada.
“Nicole brings exceptional depth of experience and credibility across the travel industry,” said Len Corrado, CEO of Flair Airlines.
“She understands this business deeply, from commercial strategy to the relationships and experiences that build trust with travellers. Bringing someone of Nicole’s calibre into the organization reflects both the momentum behind Flair Vacations and the future we’re building.”
Bursey said the opportunity to help shape Flair Vacations at this stage of its development was a key draw.

According to the airline, Bursey will oversee the next phase of growth for Flair Vacations, including the expansion of vacation offerings and partnerships across the industry.

“Nicole brings a strong understanding of both the commercial side of the business and the traveller experience itself.”
Beyond her executive roles, Bursey has also been active in industry advocacy, serving with the Canadian Association of Tour Operators and as a board director for the Travel Industry Council of Ontario.
