The KORE program has relaunched as a digital learning platform designed to attract new professionals to the industry and better engage learners through interactive tools and flexible training options.

“The travel industry is evolving at lightning-fast speed,” said Diana Hnatov, Director of Sales and Services for KORE. “Agencies and advisors need help to stay ahead of trends and maintain a competitive edge. KORE’s upgraded learning experience will give them that boost they need to prosper in this industry today and tomorrow.”

The enhanced system introduces features such as mobile-first access, AI-enhanced voiceovers, video and audio tools, and accessibility compliance. Learners can also access a searchable library of resources — including glossaries, templates, booking forms, and job aids — to support their ongoing development.

The redesigned curriculum includes personalized skill tracking, interactive quizzes, and gamified progress incentives. New modules on artificial intelligence in travel and cybersecurity have been added, while existing lessons on social media marketing and compliance were reviewed and updated by industry experts.

“KORE’s new platform goes beyond just delivering information,” said Hnatov. “It creates an interactive, personalized learning experience that prepares new advisors for real-life achievements. No other training program offers KORE’s flexibility, experiences and customization, which will dramatically enhance the learning curve.”

The program now offers 17 modules that cover booking fundamentals, revenue strategies, and service excellence. Learners can complete the program at their own pace — with dedicated students able to finish in as little as three weeks.

For agencies, KORE offers customizable content that aligns with specific branding, systems, and goals, helping accelerate onboarding and improve advisor performance. The platform is available in 31 languages to better support diverse teams and client bases.

KORE also provides mentoring and career referrals for graduates, helping them transition from training to employment with the skills to research, design, and book travel while building a profitable business.

The relaunch comes amid strong demand for travel advisors. According to Global Agents Canada, 40% of Canadian travellers plan to book their next vacation through a travel advisor — up from 31% in 2024.

By offering a flexible and comprehensive digital learning environment, KORE aims to address the advisor shortage while helping agencies and new professionals thrive in a rapidly evolving travel landscape.
