Universal Orlando Resort announced a new AI-powered assistant, dubbed UNI, designed to help travel advisors plan vacations more efficiently.
UNI was designed to streamline the vacation-planning process by giving advisors faster access to the information and tools they need to create personalized client experiences.
The new tool can provide instant answers to planning and product questions, helping travel agents find key information without spending significant time searching through resources.
The AI-powered assistant can also help advisors compare vacation package options and create customizable quote sheet PDFs that can be shared directly with clients as they consider their Universal Orlando vacation options.
In addition, UNI provides personalized recommendations based on guest needs, along with quick access to relevant sales and marketing materials advisors can use throughout the booking process.
Universal Orlando said the new assistant is “primed to help reduce friction” and improve booking efficiency, allowing travel advisors to spend more time helping clients.
