The Bermuda Tourism Authority announced the launch of a new training and sales platform for travel advisors.
The Travel Pro Bermuda Specialist Program, developed in partnership with TravPRO Mobile, officially launched on January 26, 2026, and is designed to combine certification training with practical sales tools in a single digital hub.
According to the BTA, the program is intended to help advisors build destination knowledge, access up-to-date resources, and share Bermuda content with clients in real time.
The all-in-one platform integrates education with sales support and provides centralized access to training modules, professional marketing materials, and destination resources. After completing the required training, advisors unlock the platform’s Sales Companion experience, which includes the ability to favourite key content, quickly search across resources, and receive updates through a “New & Now” feature.
As an incentive, advisors who complete the Bermuda Specialist Program by April 30, 2026 will be entered into a draw to win a spot on a Trade FAM trip to Bermuda scheduled for Fall/Winter 2026.
“Leisure travel forms the backbone of Bermuda’s future success, and luxury travel advisors are its distinguished ambassadors. This program is designed to immerse travel advisors in the essence of Bermuda’s exclusive luxury experiences — from world-class resorts and private yacht excursions to bespoke cultural and culinary offerings,” said Chris Keane, Director of Sales at the Bermuda Tourism Authority.
“Participants will gain the expertise and insider knowledge needed to curate extraordinary journeys that reflect Bermuda’s sophistication, serenity, and timeless allure.”
The Bermuda Specialist Program is available at no cost and is designed for quick, mobile access. Advisors can register online, choose web or app-based access, and complete foundation training to unlock sales and promotional tools. The platform is also accessible through TravPRO Mobile’s broader advisor app ecosystem.
