KORE Travel Education is expanding into Quebec with the launch of its French-language digital learning platform.
The updated platform combines interactive training tools, customizable learning paths and self-paced online education aimed at helping advisors build practical business and sales skills.
“KORE Travel Education is a comprehensive, industry-built training platform that goes beyond traditional learning, combining real-world skills, direct mentorship and agency connections to create career-ready advisors,” said Diana Hnatov, director of sales and services at KORE.
“Its French-language expansion marks a critical step toward a more inclusive and scalable future for the industry.”
The company says the Quebec launch is designed to support French-speaking agencies looking to onboard and train new talent more efficiently. KORE says its platform can be customized to reflect an agency’s preferred suppliers, branding and sales focus.
According to the company, the goal is to help agencies standardize training, reduce onboarding time and improve advisor retention.
“KORE’s launch in Quebec is a strong step forward, helping elevate the next generation of travel advisors through structured training and practical tools. It also makes it easier for agencies to bring in and develop new talent while creating consistency in training and supporting higher-quality service,” said Marylene Lupien, director of business development at TRAVELSAVERS Canada.
The platform includes mobile-first access across phones, tablets and desktops, along with interactive lessons, progress tracking and searchable resources such as templates, forms and career tools.
KORE says the flexible format is aimed at a range of learners, including career changers, recent graduates, new agency hires and entrepreneurs entering the travel industry.
Beyond booking skills, the curriculum also focuses on client relationship management, marketing and business growth. Topics include artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and social media marketing.
KORE also offers mentorship opportunities with agency leaders and career referrals intended to help graduates transition into employment more quickly.
