Long awaited by Canadian travel professionals, Air Canada Vacations has announced the availability of a new Group Quoting Tool, delivering the capability to easily create and manage group quotes. The news comes after a successful soft launch last week.

“Our priority remains giving our partners the support that they need. Today marks an exciting milestone as we unveil this new tool, empowering them to elevate the service they provide to our shared customers,” said ACV VP Nino Montagnese.
Designed to enhance efficiency and save agent time, the new Groups tool includes features such as real-time instant quotes for most sun destinations and hotels. Agents can create up to three itineraries and up to three room categories for one hotel, complete with a direct link to hotel content for comprehensive resort information.
In addition, the tool equips agents with self-serve options to easily manage quotes and monitor quote status. Agents can access a consolidated view of both current and past quotes, generate client-friendly PDF versions with personalized information, agency logos, and price adjustments.

ACV says the Group Quoting Tool also streamlines the booking process by allowing agents to request bookings directly from the quote. Additional functionalities include setting up reminders for organized workflow, simple application of payments, and access to a user-friendly passenger list.
