Fora Travel has announced the launch of Fora Groups, a new division designed to simplify and modernize group travel and event planning for corporate clients.
The move builds on more than $80 million in group travel production to date, including corporate groups, conferences, and incentive trips. The company said the expansion aims to meet growing demand and strengthen support for planners in the meetings and events market.
"With Fora Groups, we’re building the infrastructure to scale — making it easier, faster and more rewarding to plan group travel with expert support,” said Henley Vazquez, co-founder of Fora. “Group travel deserves better than outdated systems and fragmented planning, and our advisors have already driven tens of millions in group bookings."
The new division connects clients with travel advisors who oversee logistics and provide access to perks at thousands of hotels and resorts worldwide. Fora Groups offers planning for a variety of occasions — including corporate offsites, incentive trips, destination weddings, and client events — with customized solutions for each.
Key features include:
-
Full-service planning for accommodations, transportation, and excursions
-
Destination strategy and timeline management
Expanded partnerships with major hospitality brands
“Fora Groups is built to meet a clear demand in the market,” said Julie Noda, GM, Groups at Fora. “We’re equipping our advisors with the tools, training and support to deliver exceptional group experiences, whether it’s a 300-person sales kickoff or a team offsite. This launch allows us to scale what’s already working and raise the bar for what group travel can be.”
With Fora Groups, the company said it intends to grow its presence in the meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE) sector and further its role within the broader hospitality industry.
