Centre Holidays Celebrates Top-Performing Agents At El Dorado Casitas

Centre Holidays invited six of its 2022 top-performing agents to El Dorado Casitas Royale in Playa del Carmen from October 10-13 with the support of Grupo Lomas.

Vancouver-based Travel Specialist and Program Manager Ami Jagger tells TravelPulse Canada that the goals of this FAM/Conference were to bring together and celebrate the host agency’s top advisors, open a safe space for feedback, and “bring our minds together in creating the new Circle of Excellence program” to be rolled out in 2024.

“It was a great bonding experience as we learned about the diversity of each agent, all doing well in the same industry,” said Jagger.

During the feedback session regarding Centre Holidays, Senta Marsolais voiced her appreciation of how Centre Holidays allows for "creative freedom," a sentiment echoed in agreement by the other agents on the trip. 

Other agents praised the support and family atmosphere provided by Centre Holidays, which is managed by CEO Carlton Montaut and Manager, Administration and Recruitment Jillian Montaut.

“Trust, freedom, flexibility, support, honesty, and family” were the positive themes of the feedback, Jagger says 

“As Centre Holidays is dedicated to continued growth and improvement, there was also an in-depth discussion on how Centre Holidays can further enhance its systems and processes and ways to better provide support to its family of agents/advisors.”
