The Safe Travel Planner, launched by Travel.gc.ca, is a free one-hour online course developed specifically for travel professionals.
It provides information on resources available to Canadians overseas, including emergency contacts, consular assistance, and destination-specific safety advice.
By completing the course, agents receive a professional certificate that can be added to their credentials.

The program also highlights real-time updates and emergency notifications available through Travel.gc.ca for more than 230 destinations.
