The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors (ACTA) has officially launched its 2026 Membership Drive.
“Membership with ACTA means being part of a powerful, united voice that ensures Canada’s travel agencies and travel advisors are heard, respected and represented at every level,” said Suzanne Acton-Gervais, ACTA president.
“As our industry continues to evolve—facing new challenges and opportunities alike—it’s essential that we stand together as a community of travel professionals to advocate, elevate and celebrate the vital role of travel agencies and travel advisors across the country, while unlocking the tools, connections and recognition that helps our members thrive,” she added.

According to a press release, 2026 ACTA Membership includes access to an expanded lineup of events and resources, including complimentary ACTA Travel Industry Summits in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal; immersive destination experiences; international conferences; and educational roundtables across Canada.
Members will also receive a digital ACTA Membership Card, which provides access to discounts at major retailers and local businesses.
ACTA’s membership program also includes support from a dedicated government relations and advocacy team, focused on ensuring the travel industry’s interests are represented at all levels.

- A five-night stay for two at Secrets Playa Esmeralda, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
- A five-night stay for two at Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort & Spa, Mexico
- Two Porter Airlines round-trip vouchers for travel to any Porter destination
Members who join or renew by December 5, 2025, will also be entered into a grand prize draw for two Air Canada round-trip tickets system-wide.
