"It gives me great pleasure to announce the appointment of two new members to the TDC agent@home team. Firstly, we welcome Carol Thorne (pictured) a 30-year veteran of TDC, who is now the Regional Manager for the Ontario, Western and Maritime regions," said Gagnon.

"As regional managers, their role is to support the agent@home travel professionals in their respective region, to answer their questions, provide training, direct them to the right resources within the team. In the ever-changing world of travel, this supporting role for travel professionals is truly valuable".

Karine Gagnon continues "I am also pleased to announce that Chantal Lalonde, who was instrumental in the creation and development of TDC's agent@home program, has been promoted to Business Development Manager for the province of Quebec. She will be working alongside Katrina Rourke, our Business Development Manager for Ontario, Western Canada and Atlantic, who are responsible for the continued growth of our agent@home membership".
