TICO Appoints New Members to Consumer and Industry Advisory Councils

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has announced new appointments to its Consumer Advisory Council (CAC) and Industry Advisory Council (IAC).

The two councils serve as advisory bodies to TICO’s Board of Directors and management.

“The appointees to both councils bring a wide range of leadership experience, industry insights and consumer viewpoints,” said TICO CEO Richard Smart.

“Their guidance will play a key role in shaping how we deliver TICO’s consumer protection mandate, supporting the interests of consumers and Ontario’s travel sector.”
